MUNFW Faculty Membership
Membership of MUNFW, Inc. consists of all credentialed schools attending the Annual Session of Model United Nations of the Far West. Representatives of those member schools that have paid all fees should participate in the Membership meetings. Membership meets twice during the conference: Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. It is extremely important that each school has an advisor and/or student leader who is free during meeting times and willing to represent the school in Membership. Member school participation in this process is essential for ensuring a prosperous future for the organization. Vital items such as the following are considered:
-
Discussion and approval of changes in the wording or interpretation of the rules of procedure and guides to participation;
-
Discussion and approval of changes to the MUNFW, Inc. Conference Policies;
-
Selection of future conference Secretariats and the approval of the fees for each conference;
-
Review of reports and taking action on the suggestions of the immediate past conference Secretariat, MUNFW, Inc. Board of Directors, and the Office of the Executive Director;
-
Election of Officers and Student Representatives for the MUNFW, Inc. Board of Directors.
