The minimum number of seats a member state has is four (4) seats. In deciding on country choices, this should be considered your minimum number of delegates to represent each member state (if the Member State has an ECOSOC seat or a Security Council seat, they are additional to the minimum). If you represent two (2) member states with only six or seven delegates, you should understand that each delegation is responsible for all of the Pre-Conference documents for all committee seats to which the member
state is appointed to even though no delegate may actually be credentialed to the committee.
