Each delegation will be responsible for making reservations directly with the hotel. To guarantee reservations at the conference rate, delegations must make reservations on or before MARCH 12, 2012.
It is important that you make reservations before the March 15 cut-off. You can always cancel them, but you may not be able to get a room after that date and if you can, it may be at a higher room rate.

Rooms subject to a 12% tax and $1.25 per night per room County Assessment fee.
For those driving to conference, there is a $18.00 per day parking fee.
For Schools planning to pre pay for rooms by credit card, you will need to
print and complete this form, then fax and mail to the hotel.
