Delegate Registration

The Delegate Fees (includes the Banquet) must be paid by every delegate attending the conference. Delegate fees for the Session are:

Delegate Fees $80.00

Full payment of Delegate Fees will be due March 7, 2011.

Checks should be made payable to MUNFW, Inc., and mailed to the following address:

No refunds for registration fees or delegate fees will be made after April 1. All requests for refunds must be made prior to April 1.

The credentials form can be submitted electronically. You will need one form for each country you are representing.
