Credentials Form

All participating delegations must submit this credentials form by March 7, 2011. If a school is representing more than one country, a separate form must be submitted for each country. One person may not be credentialed in both an administrative role and a delegate role. If a student is attending as a student advisor and intends to be a delegate also, they should be credentialed as a permanent representative only. It is the policy of MUNFW that not more than one delegate be credentialed to each committee.
